vivendi shareholders approve spin off and listings for three units

Vivendi SE has received shareholder approval to proceed with the spin-off of three major units, which will be separately listed next week. The pay-TV arm Canal+ will be listed in London, advertising agency Havas in Amsterdam, and publisher Louis Hachette Group in Paris, while the remaining Vivendi will continue to be listed in France. The first shares of these companies are expected to be listed on December 16.
